CUBES

Twenty-seven rooms, each built as a miniature set at a scale of 1:12. CUBES gathers them in a single volume, told like a film in three chapters – The House, held together by water; The Clock, split by a crack; The Space Station, with a burning sun at its core. Construction drawings, coordinate grids and an inventory of the objects made for the sets accompany the images, and the closing pages open the workshop: the tools, the hands and the assembly behind the rooms.
