About this project:

When the shadows run deep
You discover a light
In the night
Without sleep
When the shadows run deep.

The last couple of years have proven to be exceptionally turbulent and challenging. Never before has our generation experienced so many global crisis within such a short period of time. And never before did we have to face this constant feeling of insecurity and disorientation in our daily lives.

Within dreamlike sceneries, the photo series “Epiphany” contrasts this deep reaching feeling of disorientation and helplessness with moments of sudden clarity and personal revelations. In an era so full of challenges, individual and global change more and more appears to be inevitable.

How do we adapt to these turbulent times? And what personal changes of perspective and behaviour are necessary to make for a more stable world?
